Mr. Shaw has spoken on the subject of secured creditors rights in bankruptcy for the Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education.

Mr. Shaw has spoken to the Unsecured Trade Creditors Committee of the American Bankruptcy Institute on the subject of non-traditional creditor remedies.

Mr. Shaw has spoken on the subject of bankruptcy litigation at the American Bankruptcy Institute’s 2003 Annual Spring Meeting and the Midwest Bankruptcy Institute’s 2003 Annual Meeting;

Mr. Shaw has spoken to the Milwaukee Bar Association on the subject of The Doctrine of Necessity;
