Marylynne Schwartz is an associate attorney at Shaw Gussis Fishman Glantz Wolfson & Towbin LLC. Ms. Schwartz concentrates her practice in corporate reorganization and bankruptcy litigation, representing debtors, creditors, committees, trustees and lenders in chapter 7 and 11 bankruptcy proceedings.
Ms. Schwartz graduated from the University of Chicago Law School with Honors in 2008. While in law school, she worked for the Institute for Justice clinic helping small businesses with their legal needs.
For her undergraduate degree, Ms. Schwartz attended Princeton University where she received a Bachelor's Degree in economics with a certificate in finance.
