Patrick Clisham works as an associate at Shaw Gussis Fishman Glantz Wolfson & Towbin LLC. He concentrates his practice in protecting and advancing the financial interests of trustees, corporate debtors and secured and unsecured creditors in the various transactional and litigation-related aspects of the bankruptcy processes.
In particular, Mr. Clisham has experience in matters involving preference actions, fraudulent transfers, claims objections and executory contracts.
Mr. Clisham's prior bankruptcy experience includes practicing as an Extern with the United States Trustee's Office and as Associate at the law firm of Cohen & Krol. Mr. Clisham also has a considerable business and financial background. Mr. Clisham is a former Member of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and he previously served as Assistant Vice-President of Law & Government Affairs for AT&T Communications.
