Vipin Gandra is an associate attorney at Shaw Gussis Fishman Glantz Wolfson & Towbin LLC. Mr. Gandra concentrates his practice in corporate reorganization and bankruptcy litigation, representing debtors, creditors, committees, trustees and lenders in chapter 7 and 11 bankruptcy proceedings.
Mr. Gandra graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2006, where he was on the Dean's List. While in law school, Mr. Gandra served a judicial extern to the Honorable Judge Robert Martin at the United States Bankruptcy Court for Western Wisconsin, where his chapter on Chapter 15 bankruptcies was published as "Chapter 15: Ancillary and Other Cross-Border Cases," Judge Robert D. Martin & Robert E. Ginsberg, Ginsberg and Martin on Bankruptcy, Vol. 3 (4th Ed., Aspen Publishers 2006). He also spent a semester as an intern to the Wisconsin Department of Justice's Division of Legal Services.
For his undergraduate degree, Mr. Gandra attended Washington University in St. Louis, where he received a Bachelor's Degree in political science and international business.
