We have depth of experience in representing debtors in possession, trustees, financial institutions, creditors, equity holders, landlords, asset purchasers, plan liquidating and disbursing agents, creditors’ committees and equity committees. We also have extensive experience in bankruptcy litigation, including contested use of cash collateral, modification of the automatic stay, commercial debt collection, preferences, fraudulent conveyances and the purchase and sale of assets.
