From shopping centers and restaurants to apartment and office buildings, David has represented all of the players in real estate transactions including owners, developers, landlords, tenants, borrowers and lenders. He represents these parties through the entire process from the structuring and financing of an acquisition through land use, zoning, and leasing. David’s practice also includes working with borrowers and lenders to solve financial shortfall.
