David Horwitch employs a fresh, business-oriented approach to his clients’ real estate transactions. From shopping centers and restaurants to apartment and office buildings, David has represented all of the players in real estate transactions including owners, developers, landlords, tenants, borrowers and lenders. He represents these parties in the entire process from the structuring and financing of an acquisition through land use, zoning, and leasing. David’s practice also includes working with borrowers and lenders to solve financial shortfall. Also an experienced litigator, David works with his clients to resolve their disputes both in and outside of the courtroom. Examples of his dispute resolution experience include:

  • Disputes and evictions involving national shopping center tenants and owners

  • Foreclosure and loan issues of distressed properties for both lenders and borrowers

  • Disputes among residential homeowners
