Named a “Rising Star” by Law & Politics publishing, Mark Radtke brings a unique energy to his practice which he concentrates in the areas of corporate reorganization, creditors’ rights, bankruptcy and commercial litigation. He has represented debtors, trustees, receivers, assignees for the benefit of creditors, committees, financial institutions, secured and unsecured creditors, interest holders, and both business entities and individuals in a wide variety of complex restructuring, bankruptcy, insolvency and commercial matters both in and outside of court. Examples of his experience include:

  • Advising creditors’ committee and representing liquidation trustee in chapter 11 proceedings for a national homebuilder, involving hundreds of millions of dollars in claims and assets

  • Assisting trustee of a Mexican foreign exchange in recovery of U.S. assets for distribution in Mexican bankruptcy
