A frequent speaker and author on bankruptcy topics, Pete Roberts has represented and advised debtors, trustees, financial institutions, trade creditors, landlords, equipment lessors, and creditors’ committees from a wide array of industries in virtually all aspects of insolvency including workouts, assignments, receiverships, bankruptcy, and related litigation. Illustrating his experience, some of Pete’s recent engagements have included:

  • Representation of Equiguard, Inc., an extended service contract administrator, in its Chapter 11 bankruptcy case
