With more than 18 years of experience practicing commercial litigation, Richard Saldinger prides himself on his ability to adjust his litigation strategy based on his clients’ business needs and goals. Richard has aggressively and successfully litigated disputes through trial. While at other times, he has found unique methods to resolve controversies quickly and efficiently for his clients. Richard’s clients include individuals, small and mid-sized businesses, and larger financial institutions. In addition to handling their litigation needs, RIchard often serves as outside general counsel to many of his clients, advising them on various contractual and employment-related issues and helping them avoid protracted and expensive litigation. Examples of his recent successes include:

In addition, Richard has represented and continues to represent a number of financial institutions in commercial litigation matters, as well as debtors-in-possession involved in significant adversarial proceedings which include fraudulent conveyances, breach of contract claims and lender liability claims.
