Having represented financial institutions and debtors in all aspects of creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, and financing matters since 1989, Rob Glantz brings a wealth of experience to clients in need of creditors’ rights, secured transactions, or bankruptcy counsel. His experience includes:
Representation of trustees, debtors, secured creditors and committees in bankruptcy proceedings
Representation of receivers, financial institutions and other secured creditors in commercial foreclosures, bankruptcy litigation and out-of-court workouts
Representation of purchasers and sellers in the acquisition and sale of assets of troubled companies.
Rob is a frequent lecturer for the National Business Institute and the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education on various topics in the secured lending and bankruptcy arena including insolvency, foreclosure and issues facing secured creditors.
In addition, Rob was an Adjunct Professor of Law at Chicago Kent College of Law. He has been given an AV rating by Martindale Hubbell, its highest peer review based on professional and ethical standards, has been listed as an Illinois Super Lawyer since 2007 by Law & Politics publishers, and as an Illinois Leading Lawyer since 2009, by the Law Bulletin Publishing Company.
Rob is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the American Bar Association and the Turnaround Management Association.
